During the Hearing

Courtroom Etiquette for Video Arraignments

To ensure a respectful and efficient hearing environment, please strictly adhere to the following procedural guidelines while your session is active.

Camera Positioning

Position your device's camera so that your face is fully displayed in the frame. This allows the judge and other participants to see you clearly during the hearing.

Microphone Mute

Please mute your microphone until your case is called. This will help minimize background noise and ensure clear communication for all active participants.

Recording Prohibition

Recording, live streaming, or otherwise capturing your remote appearance is strictly prohibited by law. Unauthorized recording may lead to legal consequences.

Limited Assistance

During the hearing, you may only receive assistance from your attorney or an approved interpreter. Please refrain from seeking aid from any other individuals.
