Evidence Presentation
All parties are responsible for providing their own equipment for the presentation of digital evidence, including any necessary laptops, tablets, digital media players, cables and adapters. The court will not provide this equipment nor any assistance for troubleshooting of non-court equipment.
Furthermore, evidence contained on stand-alone media, such as a USB drive, that has not been submitted to the court and opposing counsel in advance of the trial will not be admitted or presented. All digital evidence must be exchanged and filed in accordance with pre-trial deadlines.
Courtroom Technology

Each courtroom is equipped with:
- Two or four counsel tables
-
One ADA-compliant lectern
Connectivity options available at the counsel tables include:
- One VGA port
- One HDMI port
- One 3.5mm audio port
-
Two 120V power outlets for device charging and operation
These features enable presenters to connect laptops, media players, and other electronic devices directly to the courtroom's audiovisual system.
Document Camera (ELMO)
The lectern includes a built-in document camera, commonly referred to as an ELMO. This device allows the display of physical evidence—including documents, photographs, and three-dimensional objects—onto the courtroom’s projection screen and Lifisize call.
