Scam Alert: Fraudulent DMV Text Messages:

If you receive text messages claiming to be from the DMV and stating that a citation payment is overdue: these messages are fraudulent. The DMV never requests personal or financial information via text.

Local Rules

Yolo Superior Court enforces all applicable state statutes and the California Rules of Court. Counsel and self-represented litigants are responsible for knowing and complying with applicable state statutes and the California Rules of Court. In general, the local rules do not contain rules that are duplicative of state statutes or the California Rules of Court.

The following local rules for the Superior Court of Yolo County are effective March 2nd, 2022, and replace the rules previously adopted by the Superior Court of Yolo County.
