Scam Alert: Fraudulent DMV Text Messages:

If you receive text messages claiming to be from the DMV and stating that a citation payment is overdue: these messages are fraudulent. The DMV never requests personal or financial information via text.

The Executive Office will gather facts to questions or concerns as quickly as possible and provide them to the inquirer, as appropriate.  If the requested facts are not known, are not appropriate for release, or are otherwise unavailable, the inquirer will be informed.

The court is not allowed to make any public statement on any matter before this Court.
