Tentative Rulings Calendar

Pursuant to Yolo County Local Rules, Tentative Rulings will become the order of the court unless, by 4:00 p.m. on the court day before the hearing date, a party requests a hearing and notifies other counsel of the hearing request. To request a hearing, you must contact the clerk of the department where the hearing is on the calendar. The telephone number for the clerk of the department will be listed on the Tentative Rulings for that hearing date. If you are scheduled to appear and there is no tentative ruling in your case, you should appear as scheduled.

If no hearing is requested, the prevailing party must submit an order to the court in accordance with Rule 3.1312 of the 2007 California Rules of Court. You can also obtain the tentative rulings by telephone by calling (530) 406-6806.
