Scam Alert: Fraudulent DMV Text Messages:

If you receive text messages claiming to be from the DMV and stating that a citation payment is overdue: these messages are fraudulent. The DMV never requests personal or financial information via text.

  • Camera Positioning: Position your device's camera so that your face is fully displayed in the frame. This will allow the judge and other participants to see you clearly during the hearing.
  • Microphone Mute: Please mute your microphone until your case is called. This will help minimize background noise and ensure clear communication for all participants.
  • Recording Prohibition: Recording, live streaming, or otherwise capturing your remote appearance is strictly prohibited.
  • Limited Assistance: During the hearing, you may only receive assistance from your attorney or an approved interpreter. Please refrain from seeking aid from any other individuals.
