Brief Description
Under the minimal direction of the Court Executive Officer, this position is tasked to:
- Mediate child custody/visitation disputes and make written recommendations to the Court.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the Family Court mediation program.
- Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures related to Family Court mediation.
This position is FLSA exempt.
